Shop Policies

Here's where you'll find my general shop policies, along with info about products and shipping information. Please give them a read prior to making a purchase.

1:ORDERS

Shipping

Items are usually processed within 2-5 days of the purchase date. This time frame may be longer during a sale or during the holiday months of October, November, and December. Please be understanding. 

Once your order is processed, it will be mailed to the provided address via USPS. 

Customers are responsible for providing correct mailing addresses and e-mail address upon checkout. If you entered the wrong address please e-mail me at once with the new one. If your item has not yet shipped I can still change it!

-U.S. customers: You can expect your items to arrive within 2-7 days after they are shipped. "Standard Shipping" is shipped via USPS First Class Mail with no insurance. What Penny Made is not responsible for lost packages. Once your package is marked "delivered" you can contact your local US Post Office branch and your local mail carrier. It is also suggested you contact your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.

-INTERNATIONAL customers: If you would like to add insurance to your order, meaning your items will be sent via express mail, please e-mail me before placing your order. Please be aware of your country’s import taxes and duty fees. All orders will be marked “merchandise” on the customs form. If your package is returned to me in the mail, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to resend the returned package. What Penny Made is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number indicates the package was delivered. If you believe your package was stolen or is lost please contact your local post office and customs office.

ALL SALES FINAL. I do my best to describe all items, so that you know exactly what you're getting when you place your order. If you have further questions about an item or would like to see additional photos please e-mail me through the contact tab at the top of the page. 

Returns

Is the item you wanted sold out?

Once limited edition items are marked sold out, they will no longer be available. 

Seasonal items *may* be made available again in the future. Just keep an eye out.

And if you're really bummed that something you wanted is all gone... send me a message, and I'll see what I can rustle up.
